Joe holds a
USSF national D license. He is from Auburn, ME where he played soccer,
basketball, and baseball at Edward Little High School. He attended Bates
College in Lewiston, ME where he received his B.A. in mathematics. He also
holds a M.S. in education from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. |
Joe is the
varsity boys coach at Freeport High School where he teaches math. He is the
current director of coaching with Freeport United Soccer Club.
Joe has been
coaching soccer at levels ranging from youth programs through college for
the past 19 years. He has been the varsity boys soccer coach at Freeport
High School for the last 11 years where his teams have consistently
performed at a high level in the very competitive Western Maine Conference,
having gone to the Western Maine Finals on three separate occasions. He was
voted Maine Soccer Coaches “Coach of the Year” in 2005.
Joe currently
resides in Freeport with his awesome wife Tammy and their two children.
