All MMFC players are
selected at tryouts held in the Fall and Spring each year. If a player is selected,
they will receive a letter from MMFC with the appropriate
registration and
medical release forms. All players will be required to register with the
club, and pay the required fees, before they begin playing.
Below are a list of forms each player must
complete each year to play for MMFC. If you have
been selected to play for a MMFC premier team, you must complete the two
forms listed below as well as completing the on-line registration form below:

Soccer Maine recently invested in an online
registration system that is designed to make the player registration process
easier for our MMFC membership.

Registration - all MMFC board members, coaches, team
administrators, skills trainer, instructors must complete the new Soccer
Maine Risk Management registration.
